Muehlhan Wind Service is proud to announce that we have won the SGRE Safety Performance Award at the 2025 Contractor Safety Day!
This is the first safety award we have won with SGRE.
Our management, operations, site, and HSE teams and technicians all played a part. We could not have reached this milestone without their teamwork.
We’d like to extend a special thank you to our COO, Kirsten Bank Christensen, as well as our HSE team – Katarzyna Michalowska, Josh Lightowler and Glenn Hansen. They ran our safety improvement program with great dedication. The program reduces injuries and enhances our safety culture.
We won the award for our efforts and outstanding results. We reduced injuries while working proactively to improve our safety performance.
Markus Wiemann from SGRE senior management highlighted that, out of our peers, Muehlhan Wind Service had achieved outstanding results. These included a reduction in LTIF, as well as a reduction in TRIF by 65% compared to 2023 numbers, enhancing an outstanding and very proactive reporting culture. Furthermore, it was positively noted throughout the SGRE organisation that Muehlhan Wind Service always works with integrity, transparency, and in close business partnership. To top this off, we received further credit for our proactive and diligent safety approach and efforts in entering new markets for areas such as stator drilling and pre-assembly works in Korea.
Our deep commitment to a safe and healthy workplace helped us win the award. We stood out from 36 other suppliers at the event. The SGRE Safety Performance Award reflects the commitment of everyone at MWS. Safety remains a top priority as we continue to enter new markets.
