Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), a leading global provider of wind turbine installation and maintenance services, has signed an agreement to acquire Spain-based Coverwind Solutions. The deal also includes the other companies in the group: Coversun Solutions and Coverrenewable. As a result, MWS will further strengthen its operational footprint and service capabilities across Southern Europe. The parties expect to close the transaction by the end of the month.

Coverwind has established a strong market position through its expertise in wind turbine service and maintenance, decommissioning and flexible operational support. In particular, the company has a strong presence in France and Spain. There, it has built close customer relationships and a reputation for agile, high-quality project execution.
