The holidays are a perfect time to come together as a team and it’s always exciting to learn how others celebrate. For our European colleagues, our annual Christmas party in Denmark is the place to connect, unwind, and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
From step competitions to fishing trips or local sports center activities — there’s always something fun to join. Our global People & Culture team works hard to bring us together, even across borders, through shared moments that build connection.
Our offices in Gdańsk and Szczecin, Poland, host special days where children get a glimpse into the world of wind service and what their parents do at work. From office tours to building model turbines and learning about blade work at height, the day ends with a well-earned certificate of participation.
